Ballygunge Government High School (BGHS) is a school in West Bengal, India.

This is a boys' only school for secondary and higher secondary level students.

Till class 10 it's medium of instruction is Bengali but in class 11 and 12 it has both medium of instruction i.e Bengali and English.
