Ballynahinch (Irish: Baile na hInse) is a barony in west County Galway, Ireland.
It sits on the Atlantic coast to the west.
The village of Ballynahinch is named after the barony.

The barony contains five civil parishes: Ballindoon, Ballynakill, Inishbofin, Moyrus and Omey
