Baltic is a village in Coshocton, Holmes, and Tuscarawas counties in the U.S. state of Ohio.

[5] Baltic became a qualified Tree City USA as recognized by the National Arbor Day Foundation in 1982.

The racial makeup of the village was 98.5% White, 0.6% African American, 0.1% Asian, and 0.8% from two or more races.
