Barker Heights is an unincorporated area and census-designated place (CDP) in Henderson County, North Carolina, United States.

Barker Heights is located in central Henderson County.

It is bordered to the north, west, and south by Hendersonville, the county seat, and to the southeast by East Flat Rock.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.0 square mile (2.6 km2), of which 0.858 acres (3,474 m2), or 0.13%, are water.

24.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
