As of the 2020 census[2] there were 396 people, 120 households, and 64 families residing in the township.

The racial makeup of the township was 95.45% White, 0.25% African American, 0.25% Native American, 0.25% Asian, 0.25% Pacific Islander, 0.51% from other races, and 3.03% from two or more races.

There were 120 households, out of which 6.70% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 46.67% were married couples living together, none had a female householder with no spouse present, and 46.67% were non-families.

34.20% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.50% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
