Baron Freyberg, of Wellington in New Zealand and of Munstead in the County of Surrey, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom.
It was created in 1951 for the prominent military commander Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Freyberg.
His only son, the second Baron, was a Colonel in the Grenadier Guards.
[1] As of 2017[update], the title is held by the latter's only son, the third Baron, who succeeded in 1993.
