John Keiran Barry Moylan Nicholas (6 July 1919 – 3 March 2002) was a British legal scholar.
[1] He then matriculated into Brasenose College, Oxford, where he studied classics.
[1] After taking a leave to serve in World War II, he returned to study jurisprudence, graduating with a first class Bachelor of Arts in 1946.
[2] Nicholas began teaching at Brasenose College in 1946, and he served as its principal from 1978 to 1989.
Upon Nicholas' death on 3 March 2022, Peter Birks memorialized his work on behalf of the British Academy.
