Basketball at the 2018 Commonwealth Games was held on the Gold Coast, Australia from April 5 to 15.

[1] The basketball competition was held at three venues: Cairns Convention Centre in Cairns, Townsville Entertainment and Convention Centre in Townsville for the preliminaries and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre on the Gold Coast for the finals.

[2] This was the second time that the basketball competition was held at the Commonwealth Games.
