The 2020 Summer Olympics men's 3x3 basketball tournament in Tokyo, began on 24 and ended on 28 July 2021.

All games were played at the Aomi Urban Sports Park.

[1] It was originally scheduled to be held in 2020, but on 24 March 2020, the Olympics were postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

[3] Latvia won the title after defeating the Russian Olympic Committee team in the final, while Serbia captured the bronze medal over Belgium.

[4] The medals for the competition were presented by Nenad Lalović, Serbia; IOC Executive Board Member, and the medalists' bouquets were presented by Andreas Zagklis, Greece; FIBA Secretary General.
