The women's basketball tournament at the 2023 SEA Games was held at the Morodok Techo Indoor Sports Center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia from 9 to 15 May 2023.

[1] The following was the competition schedule for the women's basketball competitions: The seven teams competed in a single round-robin.

Three highest-ranked teams were awarded gold, silver and bronze medal.

[2] The regular 5-on-5 basketball tournament was held at the Morodok Techo Indoor Sports Center in Phnom Penh.
