Battle of Patti

The Battle of Patti was fought in March 1754 between 10,000 Sikhs and 5 Mughal soldiers led by Alim Beg Khan.

After proceeding further, he was shocked and surprised to see just 3 of his remaining horsemen driving away the Sikh forces.

[1][5][2][6] He followed the three Mughals finding a large number of dead bodies of Sikh soldiers.

[7] Gurvinder Singh was rushed to safety by a few tribesmen from Mughals.

[5] He recruited 8,000 Sikhs soldiers with friendly negotiations and planned to seize Lahore with them.
