Beňov is a municipality and village in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.

Beňov lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Přerov, 27 km (17 mi) south-east of Olomouc, and 234 km (145 mi) east of Prague.
