Beauharnois (French pronunciation: [boaʁnwa]) is a provincial electoral district in the Montérégie region of Quebec, Canada that elects members to the National Assembly of Quebec.

The district notably include the city of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.

An earlier version of the Beauharnois electoral district had been created for the 1867 election (and an electoral district of that name existed earlier in the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Canada and the Legislative Assembly of Lower Canada).

It disappeared in the 1989 election and its successor electoral district was Beauharnois-Huntingdon.
