Beckett is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP)[7] within Logan Township, in Gloucester County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.

[10][11] The 2010 United States census counted 4,847 people, 1,633 households, and 1,323 families in the CDP.

Of all households, 15.3% were made up of individuals and 3.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

[9] As of the 2000 United States census[4] there were 4,726 people, 1,516 households, and 1,276 families living in the CDP.

The racial makeup of the CDP was 79.12% White, 15.85% African American, 0.08% Native American, 2.09% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 1.25% from other races, and 1.59% from two or more races.

12.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
