Beisheng Town (simplified Chinese: 北盛镇; traditional Chinese: 北盛鎮; pinyin: Běishèng Zhèn) is a town under the administration of Liuyang, Hunan, China.

As of the 2016 census[update] it had a population of 58,400 and an area of 78.4 square kilometres (30.3 sq mi).

It borders Shashi Town in the north, Yong'an Town in the west, Jiaoxi Township and Chunkou Town in the east, and Dongyang Town in the south.
