The Belmonte Flats are two connected apartment buildings at the intersection of 43rd Street and King Drive in the Grand Boulevard community area of Chicago, Illinois.
Chicago architecture firm Patton & Fisher designed the apartments; both buildings have matching Chicago school designs with Queen Anne and Richardsonian Romanesque elements.
The interior features extensive detailing typical of luxury housing, including ornamental moldings and brackets and a mosaic tile floor in the lobby.
[2] The buildings were added to the National Register of Historic Places on February 5, 1998.
