Berryville is a town in Henderson County, Texas, United States.

Berryville is located in the southeastern corner of Henderson County on the western shore of Lake Palestine, on both sides of Cobb Inlet.

Athens, the Henderson county seat, is 26 miles (42 km) west of Berryville.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.3 square miles (3.4 km2), all land.
