Bertsch–Oceanview is a census-designated place (CDP) in Del Norte County, California, United States.

The Elk Valley Rancheria Indian reservation is located within Bertsch–Oceanview.

227 households (25.1%) were made up of individuals, and 88 (9.7%) had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

As of the census[21] of 2000, there were 2,238 people, 814 households, and 570 families residing in the CDP.
