Biccavolu

Bikkavolu is a village in East Godavari district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India.

[2] The village is known for its famous Subrahmanya Swamy Temple.

[6] It has an average elevation of 12 meters (42 feet).

Bikkavolu was also known as Birudanka Rayapuram during the reign of Vengi Chalukyas.

[7] As of 2001[update] India census, Biccavolu had population of 19,405.
