Biczyce Górne [biˈt͡ʂɨt͡sɛ ˈɡurnɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Chełmiec, within Nowy Sącz County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland.

It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) west of Chełmiec, 6 km (4 mi) west of Nowy Sącz, and 68 km (42 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kraków.
