Big Rock is a village in Kane County, Illinois, United States.

It is located approximately 50 miles (80 km) due west of Chicago.

U.S. Route 30 passes through the north side of the village, leading east 5 miles (8 km) to Sugar Grove and west the same distance to Hinckley.

According to the 2010 census, Big Rock has a total area of 4.33 square miles (11.21 km2), all land.
