After the Rogues capture him and give him high-tech armor created by the Monitor, he becomes Big Sir and comes into conflict with the Flash.

Big Sir's mind later inexplicably returns to its previous state, and he joins the Injustice League, led by Major Disaster.

They are sent to battle a mad scientist, during which Big Sir is killed by a genetically engineered creature resembling a child.
