Bigrigg

Bigrigg /ˈbɪɡrɪɡˈ/ is a village in the civil parish of Egremont, in the Cumberland district, in the ceremonial county of Cumbria, England.

Further encouragement for mining resulted when Whitehaven, Cleator and Egremont Railway opened for goods traffic in 1855.
