Billy E. Wesley (born October 26, 1971)[1] is an American politician.

He serves as a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from Kentucky's 91st House district.

[1] Following his graduation from Edison High School in Milan, Ohio, Wesley enlisted in the United States Marine Corps.

[1] He also serves as a Pentecostal pastor, and has previously served as a chaplain for the Ravenna Police Department, Irvine Police Department, and Estill County Sheriff’s Office.
