Bilton School

[citation needed] In March 2016, the school was placed in special measures after an Ofsted inspection found it to be inadequate in every area except its sixth form, which followed a serious decline in examination results over the previous two years.

The school changed its symbol to a lion with Bilton written underneath.

Boys and girls in years 7-9 wear light blue ties.

[1] Despite the report, no significant change has been made to the schools leadership or board of governors.

GCSE results had declined from 62% of students gaining 5 good GCSEs (including English and mathematics) in 2013, to 36% in 2015.
