Black Wolf is a town in Winnebago County, Wisconsin, United States.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 2,330 people, 916 households, and 716 families residing in the town.

There were 1,010 housing units at an average density of 64.9 per square mile (25.1/km2).

There were 916 households, out of which 30.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 72.2% were married couples living together, 3.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 21.8% were non-families.
