After the release of Wish Upon a Blackstar, Klayton, the man behind Celldweller, stated that he envisioned a story to which he would compose a musical score.

Forced to flee Central into the dangerous Outlands for the breach he committed, Rezin must avoid Kaine's pursuers, while simultaneously dealing with the ways in which Re:memory's secrets are changing him, conferring upon him powers he cannot control.
