Blythedale is a village in northeast Harrison County, Missouri, United States.
[6] Blythedale is located at the intersection of Missouri routes N and T approximately 2.5 miles east of Interstate 35.
The East Fork of Big Creek flows past the west side of the community.

The racial makeup of the village was 99.14% White, 0.43% Pacific Islander, and 0.43% from two or more races.

About 26.8% of families and 32.4% of the population were below the poverty line, including 53.8% of those under the age of eighteen and 18.9% of those 65 or over.
