Bobby Anet

He was a two-time Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA) 4A All-Tournament team member (1934, 1935) while leading Astoria High to two state championships.

Warren recruited Anet and teammate Wally Johansen to play college basketball at the school.

He was the smallest player on an historically tall team and measured only 5 ft 8 in (1.73 m) in height but was described as having the biggest heart.

Oregon went 74–22 during those three seasons and also won a Pacific Coast Conference championship in the same year as their national title run.

[4] By leading Oregon to its only national championship in men's basketball to date, Anet was named a consensus second team All-American.
