Bogusławy [bɔɡuˈswavɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Paradyż, within Opoczno County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.

It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-west of Paradyż, 17 km (11 mi) west of Opoczno, and 65 km (40 mi) south-east of the regional capital Łódź.
