[6] Boischampré along with another 69 communes shares part of a 20,593 hectare, Natura 2000 conservation area, called the Haute vallée de l'Orne et affluents.

Moulin de Tercey is a Mill rebuilt in 1815 by Frin-Cormeray is listed as a Monument historique since 1995.
