Bolsheglushitsky District (Russian: Большеглуши́цкий райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[5] district (raion), one of the twenty-seven in Samara Oblast, Russia.
It is located in the south of the oblast.
The area of the district is 2,534 square kilometers (978 sq mi).
[3] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Bolshaya Glushitsa.
[9] The population of Bolshaya Glushitsa accounts for 47.2% of the district's total population.
