Bolton is a town in Hinds County, Mississippi, United States.

Bolton is in north-central Hinds County, in the valley of Bakers Creek, part of the Big Black River watershed.

Interstate 20 runs through the northern part of the town, with access from Exit 27.

According to the United States Census Bureau, Bolton has a total area of 1.5 square miles (3.9 km2), all land.
