Boluwatife Akinyode (born 30 May 1994) is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for El Paso Locomotive in the USL Championship.

Born in Lagos, Nigeria, Akinyode moved to the United States and joined the New York Red Bulls Academy.

[3] He made his debut for the club on the same day, appearing as a second-half substitute in a 1-1 draw against the Charleston Battery.

[10] Akinyode signed with USL Championship side El Paso Locomotive on 6 November 2023 ahead of their 2024 season.

In 2012 Akinyode was called up for a United States men's national under-20 soccer team training camp by Tab Ramos.
