Herschel Mack "Boog" Powell IV (born January 14, 1993) is an American former professional baseball outfielder.

On November 5, 2015, the Rays traded Powell, Nate Karns, and C. J. Riefenhauser to the Seattle Mariners for Brad Miller, Logan Morrison, and Danny Farquhar.
