Boris Evgenievich Maliutin (Maljutin, Malyutin, Malutin) (1883–1920) was a chess master.
Sosnitsky, was one of the organizers of the St. Petersburg 1914 chess tournament.
[4] Maljutin tied for 4-6th at Breslau 1912 (the 18th DSB Congress, Hauptturnier A, Bernhard Gregory won),[5] and took 12th at the Mannheim 1914 chess tournament (the 19th DSB-Congress, Hauptturnier A, Hallegua won).
[6] In August 1914, he was interned, along with other "Russian" chess players by Germany after the declaration of war against Russia.
Maliutin played in four tournaments for the internees.
