The 2018 presidential campaign of Boris Titov was announced on 26 November 2017, during a meeting of the federal council of the Party of Growth in Abrau-Dyurso.

Later Titov visited the industrial Park in Nevinnomyssk and held a meeting with Governor of Stavropol Krai Vladimir Vladimirov.

Later, in Krasnodar, he held a meeting with the Governor Veniamin Kondratyev, and also declared that made the decision to move from Moscow to Novorossiysk.
