Brandsville is a city in southeastern Howell County, Missouri, United States.

[4] Brandsville was platted in 1883, and named after Michael Brand, the original owner of the city site.

The racial makeup of the city was 97.70% White, 1.15% Native American, and 1.15% from two or more races.
