Breda Lorenci-Babošek (born 16 July 1951) is a Slovenian retired athlete.
She competed in the women's high jump at the 1972 Summer Olympics, representing Yugoslavia.
Prior to her Olympic appearance, Babošek won the bronze medal in the high jump at the 1971 Mediterranean Games with a leap of 1.74m.
[3] She competed in the pentathlon at the 1978 European Athletics Championships where she finished 16th with 4064 points.
