Brett Grant Vroman (born December 25, 1955) is an American former professional basketball player.
A 7'0" 220 lb center, he played college basketball at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
His professional career included a brief stint with the NBA's Utah Jazz and 12 years playing in Europe.
[1] Vroman was selected by the Philadelphia 76ers with the 21st pick in the fourth round of the 1978 NBA draft but never made the team.
[3] He is the father of the late Jackson Vroman,[4] who was selected by the Chicago Bulls in the 2004 NBA draft and played with the Phoenix Suns and the New Orleans Hornets / New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets from 2004 to 2006.
