Brian MacPhie (born May 11, 1972) is an American former professional tennis player.

Primarily a doubles specialist, he and Cary Lothringer won the 1989 Boys' Junior National Tennis Championship Boys' 18 doubles title against Steve Campbell and Rick Witsken.

He played collegiately for the University of Southern California.

MacPhie is now coaching tennis to juniors and adults in Austin, Texas at Westwood County Club.
