[1] Anaheim traded his NHL rights in March 1996 to the Philadelphia Flyers for Anatoli Semenov and Mike Crowley.
[2] Wesenberg signed a contract with the Flyers that offseason and started his professional career with their American Hockey League affiliate, the Philadelphia Phantoms, in the 1997 Calder Cup playoffs.
[4] Wesenberg was called up by the Flyers late in the 1998–99 season and made his NHL debut on April 10 against the Washington Capitals.
[5] Two months into the 1999–2000 season, the Flyers traded Wesenberg to the expansion Atlanta Thrashers for Eric Bertrand.
