The student body represents over 55 nationalities, with ages ranging from 2½ to 18 years.

As a private international institution, the school prepares its graduates for higher education, with many pursuing university studies.

BISI is a split site school with a City Campus in Etiler for Pre School and Primary and a Forest Campus in Zekeriyaköy which covers students aged 2½ to 18.

The Zekeriyakoy Campus was built and opened in 2006 in response to the growth in student numbers.
