Brytni Melicia Sarpy (born September 21, 1987) is an American actress best known for her portrayal of Valerie Spencer on the ABC soap opera General Hospital, and Elena Dawson on the CBS soap The Young and the Restless Sarpy was born on September 21, 1987, in California.
Sarpy attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
