James Albert "Bud" MacPherson (March 31, 1927 – August 31, 1988) was a Canadian ice hockey defenceman.
He played 259 games in the National Hockey League with the Montreal Canadiens from 1949 to 1957.
The rest of his career lasted from 1947 to 1961 and was spent in the minor leagues.
