Bull Run is a census-designated place (CDP) in Prince William County, Virginia.

Ben Lomond Plantation was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

[4] According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.7 square miles (6.9 km2), all of it land.

The racial makeup of the CDP was 46.9% White, 20.1% Black or African American, 0.6% American Indian and Alaska Native, 7.2% Asian, 0% Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Islander, 19.7% from other races, and 5.6% from two or more races.

Male full-time workers had a median income of $46,424 versus $48,497 for females.
