According to the Preliminary Report of the Department of Planning and Economics (JPKE) for the year 2011, this village is inhabited by approximately 1,709 residents consisting of 909 males and 800 females.

They were given incentives to build new homes and additional plot of land for agriculture as new means of sustenance.

[6] In addition to having a historical place that can be used as a tourist attraction, Kampong Bunut Perpindahan is also an active village in many ways, including actively organizing charity, religious and sports events through the Majlis Perundingan Kampung (MPK).

[5] Kampong Bunut Perpindahan has access to basic facilities and infrastructure provided by the government through several ministries and government departments including mosques, primary schools and post offices.
