Bustuchin is a commune in Gorj County, Oltenia, Romania.

It is composed of eight villages: Bustuchin, Cionți, Motorgi, Nămete, Poiana-Seciuri, Poienița, Pojaru, and Valea Pojarului.

The Bustuchin Coal Mine and the Bustuchin oil field are located on the territory of the commune.
