C. C. Torbert Jr.

Clement Clay "Bo" Torbert Jr. (August 31, 1929 – June 2, 2018) was an American jurist.

Clement Clay Sr. was from Society Hill, where his grandfather, James Torbert, served as the first postmaster.

After entering private law practice in Opelika in 1954, he was elected to the Alabama House of Representatives in 1958.
