Cedrick Bailey is an American football quarterback for the NC State Wolfpack.
Bailey attended Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory School in Hollywood, Florida.
He committed to North Carolina State University to play college football.

After McCall suffered an injury against Louisiana Tech, Bailey entered the game and helped lead the team to a victory.
